Ingredients
For
the vermicelli

1 tablespoon butter
·        
½ cup vermicelli
·        
50 g almonds
·        
50 g raisins
·        
1 cup stock
·        
1 teaspoon nutmeg
·        
1 teaspoon coriander
For
the duck
·        
1 tablespoon butter
·        
2 boneless duck breasts
·        
1 teaspoon salt
·        
1 teaspoon pepper
·        
1 teaspoon nutmeg
·        
1 teaspoon coriander
·        
1 lemon’s juice
How to Make It
Step 1
1. In a medium pot, melt one tablespoon of butter, then add the vermicelli, almonds, raisins, stock, nutmeg, and coriander, and stir.
Step 2
2. Cover the pot and let the vermicelli cook.
Step 3
3. In a medium skillet, melt a tablespoon of butter, then sear the duck breasts, and season on both sides with some salt, pepper, nutmeg, coriander, and the juice of one lemon.
Step 4
4. Place the duck breasts on the vermicelli on a serving plate and serve.
